Thumbelina
made July 2016
In 2016, I attended an art camp leading up to San Diego Comic -Con. We had to make a public domain comic, which is a comic book where the copyright is expired. I was glad that Thumbelina is in the public domain. I wrote and drew Thumbelina, because I enjoy reading books that fairies to go along the stories. I'm also pleased that I sold my Thumbelina comic at San Diego Comic-Con 2016!

Summer 2017
Princess
Murasaki's
Diary
made by July 2017
This past summer I created a short story based on Manga for The San Diego International Comic-Con 2017.
As I was researching the History of Manga Comics. I learned about about Choju-jinbutsu-giga(animal caricatures) - Japanese draw pictures without words known as scrolls. I also enjoyed learning that some princesses would write in their diaries about the adventures they had.

1st Animation Project
This is Heart from my comic book series Night Caps. I hand drew her by using a light box and tracing images. Than, I scanned the images on my usb. Ceri my teacher helped me make her into a Mini Video using software on her computer.

2nd Animation Project
I wanted to make one of my characters from my comic books series Mystic Creatures pop-up from a cupcake. So I chose Stardust because she is a fairy and I thought she would look cute coming out of a cupcake. I did the same steps for this project that I used for Heart.

Odi Button Contest

the design. And excited to be one of
the winners.
Thank you to my teacher Ceri for assisting me.
